To Make Your Return:
**All Custom products are Final Sale and are not eligible for refund or exchanges since it's a customized item and can not be resold or canceled.
* Items can be returned for a store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
* We must receive your merchandise within 14 business days from the ship date. Unworn, unwashed, unaltered goods may be returned for a store credit as long as the tags are attached.
* You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
*If you received free shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost out of your credit.
* In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy below to ensure that your return meet the criteria stated.
* Next, complete the Return Form on this page or copy of invoice sent with package and include it in the box with the items you are returning.
* Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. You may want to purchase insurance and tracking for your package, as Allie Cat Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
* Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.

* All Sales/Clearance items is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
*All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached. If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged or beyond 14 days from the order date, they will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you.
Defective Merchandise: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order at shopalliecat@gmail.com so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period.
